We want you to love your ILoveDooney purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the item is in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your unused merchandise in the original shipping box and include the return authorization slip inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
